POSTPONED: ACCES25 in Moncton, New Brunswick

To the Atlantic Canada Clinical Engineering Community,

The ACCES Board of Directors and ACCES25 Organizing Committee have been closely monitoring and evaluating the global situation with COVID-19. We’ve been assessing the weight and implications of multiple risk factors as the situation evolves, and have decided to postpone the ACCES25 Educational Seminars and Trade Expo, which was scheduled from April 29 to May 1, 2020, in Moncton, NB.

The health and safety of our members, delegates, exhibitors, volunteers, and healthcare community partners is our top priority. This decision was made by consulting with government agencies and ACCES members, and it is consistent with provincial and federal Public Health recommendations for mass gatherings.

We are having discussions with the Delta Hotels Beauséjour and our other contracted services to determine best available dates to reschedule. We will be sending out another message once this has been confirmed and finalized. We will also be contacting registered delegates, exhibitors, and speakers directly to discuss necessary details.

We recognize you may have questions in response to our announcement. We ask for your patience as we respond to your inquiries. You can direct your questions by email to Sarah.Connell@healthassociation.ns.ca

We value your continued support of ACCES and its mission, and we hope you will all continue to be safe, healthy, and kind during the challenging days ahead.

Regards,

Natalie Boudreau, P.Eng - ACCES25 Organizing Committee Chair

Brett Fraser - ACCES President
